Architecture

More than any style or trend, the true essence of architecture is about vision. The ability to see a space for its full potential and combine that with a structure that has meaning to the people who will use it is what elevates “buildings” to the stature of “architectural statements.”
Varabyeu Design always believe that our work should reflect a unique point of view – one that is willing to go beyond the conventional and break away barriers. Our architectural creations are based on an international exposure to Europe, Asia, and the Americas, resulting in a fresh approach that responds to market preferences while also delivering a one-of-a-kind character and quality to everything we design & build.

LANDSCAPE

Backyard Oak Tree
The site is magical. Ensconced in the tropical wildness of Miami’s Coconut Grove, the Residence conjures up images of a modernist living carved out of the jungle. The surrounding oak trees are dominating. Amidst the green chaos sits the refined structure of exposed concrete and rough materials. The permanence of the home’s architecture offers a contrast to the ever-changing foliage that surrounds it. The family residence has a continuous design language, from the site-specific use of materials to the indigenous plantings and incorporation of its nature. The architecture is a blend of contemporary, however, the landscape allows them to connect, not compete. Master bedrooms and baths of the residences were designed to open towards garden spaces. Modern landscaping, clean lines and open space combine with outdoor pool and dining with detailing creates contemporary outdoor living.
